Parked from booking-module spec #14 (Out of Scope). Owner said Telegram is not popular in Germany and wants WhatsApp as a notification channel option. clients.notify_channel is designed to support additional channels without a schema change (see #23), but WhatsApp needs the Business API / verified sender / template-message setup investigated and specced before it's buildable. Telegram remains the only working channel at launch.
